Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without first requesting authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at website@sorellefurniture.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please request a return and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
